Program Details & Description

This 45-minute class offers kids – aged 6 through 12 – fun and energetic workouts scaled to their age level and abilities. Each class will be taught by an instructor and will provide children with a sound fitness routine involving strength training, cardio and lite body weight movements, all while tailoring to their specific skill and endurance levels.  


Kids will work out with their peers, gain an understanding of a healthy lifestyle, and develop friendships in a fun and interactive manner. Safety and security measures will be enforced.


Pricing:

  • One child - $50/month 
  • More than one child in a family - $35/month/child
