Program Details & Description

This one hour class offers member athletes a scaled version of the function fitness workout.  Each day will offer something new, providing members with a sound fitness routine involving strength training, cardio and lite body weight movements, all while tailoring to their specific skill and endurance levels.


Suggested for:

  • Members over 50+
  • Members with injuries
  • Members with body weight restrictions
  • Members without experience and new to a fitness routine
  • Included in membership fees
